CANOE PHOTO STICKERS

Many paddlers honor loved ones or those battling cancer by displaying laminated photos on the side of the canoe. Each paddler is responsible for ordering and picking up their personal vinyl photo stickers via FedEx.

How to Order Canoe Photos of Loved Ones

Ordering and Pickup Instructions:

  1. Order in Advance: Make sure to order your vinyl stickers at least 1 week prior to the event to ensure they will be available for pickup.

  2. Sticker Size: Stickers should be no bigger than 16” X 16” to allow space for other paddlers’ photos.

Ordering Options:

  • Option 1: Order your vinyl sticker through the FedEx website and pick it up at their location on Dairy Road in Kahului.

  • Option 2: Bring your photos on a USB drive and place your order in person at FedEx, 395 Dairy Rd, Kahului.

Day of Event Instructions:

  • First Paddling Crew: Bring your stickers to the starting location on the morning of the event.

  • Escort Boat Crew: Coordinate with your Team Captain ahead of time to give them your stickers to attach that morning at the starting location.
